Hourly Rides
Horseback riding is available October through June with 24 hours notice*subject to weather and availability.
Riders may choose lesson time in the arena or a 1-2 hour trail ride.
Booking
A credit card is required for confirmation of the booking.A $25 cancellation fee is assessed if cancellation notice is not received by 6PM the day before a scheduled ride.
*For the safety of riders and horses, rides will not be taken out when the temperature is above 90 degrees or when snow or ice are present.
*All rides are under supervision of LHR Wrangler staff.
RIDE RULES
- Riders should arrive at least fifteen (15) minutes before the scheduled ride time
- A “Waiver of Liability” must be completed and signed on arrival.
- All riders are required to wear boots with a minimum 1” heel and long pants(We recommend jeans).
- Parents are responsible for children at all times
- Children under twelve (12) years of age are required to wear a helmet at all times while mounted on a horse. For those over 12 helmets are optional but recommended.
- Children under 6 years are allowed to ride in the arena under supervision of a wrangler.
- Only one person/rider per horse at a time - no double riding.
- The maximum weight limit for riding is 230 lbs.
- NO SMOKING!.
