June through September

The typical guest ranch week begins Sunday at 3PM check-in and ends Saturday at 11am checkout.

Long Hollow Ranch uses the all inclusive American Plan. Lodging, meals, horseback riding and all other on-site ranch activities are included in the published rates.
*Room tax, gratuities and off site activities are not included in the published rates.

Summer Season:

Shoulder Season:

September 21 - Oct. 30 and March 15-June6 (Excluding Major Holidays)

Conditions

Deposit: $300 per person for full week stay, required to confirm reservation. For shorter stays the deposit will be ~30% of the estimated total cost of stay.

Cancellation Policy: The deposit, minus $100, will be refunded if notice is received 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
If fewer than 45 days notice is given, the deposit will not be returned, however, the deposit amount (minus $100) may be applied to a future LHR stay.

Special Group Rates: A discount of 5% is given for groups of 6 or more guests for stays of 1 week or more.

Payment accepted: Cash, personal check, travelers checks, bank transfers, money orders and VISA and Mastercard.

LHR is a smoke free and drug-free facility

Long Hollow Ranch is not licensed to serve alcohol.You may bring your own beer and wine. Hard liquor is not permitted. A "Don't Drink and Ride" policy is strictly enforced.

Long pants and riding boots with a min. 1" heel are required for riding.

Children are the responsibility of their parents. We do not have special children's programs.

We are sorry, but we are unable to accommodate your pets at LHR. There are fine accommodations for pets nearby and we are happy to assist with reservations.
