Guest Ranch Vacations
The typical guest ranch week begins Sunday at 3 PM check-in and ends Saturday at 11 AM checkout.
Long Hollow Ranch uses the all inclusive American plan. Lodging, meals, horseback riding, half-day white water rafting trip and all on-site ranch activities are included in the published rates.
Room tax, gratuities and off site activities, other than rafting, are not included in the published rates.

Conditions
Deposit: $400 per person for full week stay is required to confirm a reservation. For shorter stays the deposit will be 30% of the estimated total cost of stay.Non Rider Rate: $120 per person per day when sharing a room. Rate covers room and board, any activities would be billed as incidentals.
Lodging Tax: Rates do not include 8% lodging tax which is approximately $4.80 per night per person.
Cancellation Policy: The deposit, minus $100 per guest, will be refunded if notice is received 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. If fewer than 30 days notice is given, the deposit will not be returned, however, the deposit amount may be applied to a future LHR stay.
Special Group Rates: A discount of 5% is given for groups of six or more guests for stays of five or more days.
Payment accepted: Cash, personal check, travelers checks, bank transfers, money orders and VISA and Mastercard.
